                                     Responsible for designing development maps for the

                                     poorest villages in Qena through participatory approach

                                     where villagers decide what they need and want in a

·         Long- term consultant, Education Reform Program, Funded by USAID, Egypt. Responsible for:

(1)       designing strategic plans for education reform in 7 governorates: Fayoum, Menya, Bani-Sweif, Aswan, Qena, Alexandria, and Cairo.

(2)       Leading the process of designing strategic plans for the rest of governorates all over Egypt. These governorates are: Sohag, New Valley, Assiut, Red Sea, North Sinai, South Sinai, Ismalyia, Port-Said, Suez, Sharkya, Gharbya, Kalyobia, Behyra, Matrouh, Geza, Demitta, Kafr-Elshiekh, Dakahlya, Monofya, the 6th. Of October, and Hellwan.

(3)       forming natural leaders networks in order to increase community participation in 2 governorates: Fayoum and Qena.

(4)       Expenditure tracking in the education system.

(5)       Participating in designing the research agenda for Education Reform Program.

 

 

 

·         Consultancy in the area of budgeting and planning, I have been working in the area of budgeting and planning in different areas as follows:

 

(1)  designing the financial plan for the strategic plan of

     Fayoum.

(2) designing the financial plan for the strategic plan of 

     Menya.

(3) designing the financial plan for the strategic plan of 

      Bany Swief.

(4) designing the financial plan for the strategic plan of  

     Aswan.

(6)       analyzing the education budget in Fayoum.

(7)       Provide capacity building for the popular council members of Qena in the area of financial decentralization, budgeting and planning issues, and resource mobilization and allocation.

 

·         Consultancy in the area of capacity building in preparing feasibility studies, I have been provided many training workshops in order to build the capacity of investors and other participants to conduct feasibility studies.  

 

 

·         Consultancy in the area of local economy development (LED), i am working with UN-HABITAT in order to design a participatory plan for developing the local economy of:Samanoud and Qutoor/Gharbya, El Santta/Gharbya, and Farshout / Qena. Also I am working with the National Authority for Urban Planning in the area of local economies development in Nagaa Hamady/ Qena and Johyna and Jerga / Sohag. I am responsible for collecting and analyzing the economic data, working with the partners, and designing a participatory plan for developing the local economy in those regions.

 

·         Consultancy in the area of Monitoring and Evaluation, i designed monitoring and evaluations plans for the strategic plans of education in the following governorates: Alexandria, Cairo, Menya, Bany Sweif, Fayoum, Menya, Qena, and Aswan.
